I basically play with an a couple of band lineups, and some solo stuff. The Ron Ramirez Project is my power trio doing "Just Cool Music", ranging from Sinatra to Hendrix - Classic Rock, Jazz, Pop....all your favs, and some tunes that we remind you were cool! Then, I have a jazz/variety line up of the Ron Ramirez Project that plays in various venues that appreciate the Rat-Pack list of tunes!. There are some Magic Improv moments in that regard.
Here lately, I’ve been playing with the Bryan Lucas Band. We do songs from the 60 to Current. We use tracks, and track Bass Guitar, so I don’t have to worry about the changes being missed by the band as I’m soloing! lol. True story! Honestly, I have some bass players that can hang, just need the time and $$ to get them on board at some point.
